Who is Eligible for Home Health Care?
Anyone who meets the following criteria is eligible for home health
care through Tri County Home Health:
 | Under a physician's care |
| Confined to the home and unable to function independently |
| Able to benefit from intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy,
occupational therapy, or speech therapy |
| Qualified under Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance |
| Living within the service area - Kendall, Kerr, Gillespie, Bandera, Bexar,
Medina, Edwards, and Real counties |
| Willing and capable of participating in the care plan or has a caregiver
willing and capable of doing so |
