Ready to Get Started?
A registered nurse visits the home to assess the patient’s care needs and determines the family’s ability to participate in care. A care plan is then established based on the nurse’s observations, family needs, and physician’s orders.
A registered nurse at Tri County Home Health is available to answer questions about home health care and is able to start care when physician orders are received. Tri County Home Health staff will assist you in contacting your physician for further information.
Payment Arrangements
The costs of specific home health care services are generally covered by private/group insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, or Worker’s Compensation.
